I've paired Kingman turquoise from Arizona with Mexican turquoise drops and carnelian on my hand twisted sterling silver links, with matching earrings.
The Kingman turquoise beads come from the Kingman Mine in Arizona, and the drops are turquoise from Mexico. I've connected the links with soldered jump rings, so this is a high-quality piece that won't come apart, and the carnelian adds a pop of vibrant color and contrast. The matching earrings each have a turquoise drop dangling at the bottom.
This necklace is fully adjustable from a tight choker to dangling at your décolletage. There is also a turquoise and carnelian nugget to dangle down your back, which is lovely when the necklace is worn at a shorter length. This also helps to keep the piece centered on your neck.
A swivel lobster clasp aids in keeping the necklace from twisting while worn.
