I've set an oval blue star sapphire in a sculpted sterling silver setting with Swiss blue topaz, pink tourmaline and five swinging paddle fringes.
I used hand-molding, chasing, forging, and hand-formed fine silver (.999) floral details, and the kinetic paddle fringes dangle below the scalloped base to add eye-catching movement with every step.
It's suspended from a fully adjustable chain with a swiveling lobster clasp and a dangling opalite charm, allowing for effortless styling from a tight choker up to a generous 21-inch drop.
